Cancellations must be received more than 72 hours prior to arrival for a full refund of the deposit (less credit card processing fee). Cancellations that are received less than 72 hours will incur a charge for the first night on all suites booked. Non cancellations or no shows will incur a charge for first night of all suites booked.

Payment Policy: A one night deposit is required, for each suite booked, at the time of making a 'Hotel Direct' booking, which is applied to your first night stay.  The deposit will be debited from the provided credit card.  The remaining balance is payable on arrival.**Different terms & conditions apply for OTA (Online Travel Agent) bookings eg Booking.com, Expedia etc**

Credit Card Surcharge: A Credit Card Surcharge will be applied to all Credit Card payments. 1.28% Visa and Mastercard, 3% American Express and JCB, 3.35% Diners Card
